Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to QR Code - Scanner & Generator (the “Application”), provided by Byeshe (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Contact play@byeshe.com for questions.

Using the Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You must meet applicable age requirements and obtain guardian permission where required. You are responsible for your device, permissions, content, network charges, and choices. Scan QR codes and barcodes, create styled codes, and organize your saved results.

Feature limitations and responsible use

Verify scanned content before opening links, joining a network, initiating payment, or sending a message. Recognition can be inaccurate. Created-code styles can affect readability. Password, expiration, and watermark options do not guarantee that all third-party scanners enforce restrictions or that exported files are secure. Protect any saved password and backup; do not encode or share secrets unless you intend recipients to receive them.

Free features, advertising, and paid access

The Application is offered as a freemium service and may display third-party ads. Optional purchases or subscriptions may unlock features or remove ads according to the offer shown before purchase. Price, billing period, benefits, any trial, and renewal conditions are displayed in the Google Play purchase flow. Technical services may continue operating after ad removal, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the purchase offer and Google Play rules. Any trial may convert to a paid subscription as disclosed before purchase. Manage or cancel through your Google Play account; cancellation generally stops future renewals, with access continuing for the remaining paid period subject to the applicable offer. Uninstalling the Application, clearing its data, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. See Google Play subscription controls.

Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. Restore or verify eligible purchases using the Google account that made them and the available app or store controls. A purchase does not guarantee permanent availability of every catalog item or compatibility with future Android versions. We will honor applicable consumer rights if paid services change or end.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains feature data, permissions, local storage, advertising, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, purchases, and your choices. These terms do not grant permissions or substitute for required consent. External services have their own applicable terms, including Google, Google Play, AdMob, Firebase, Meta, and TikTok for Business. Other advertising providers are listed in the Privacy Policy.

Your content and intellectual property

Your original content remains yours, subject to applicable third-party rights. Use, import, recover, scan, or share content only when you have permission. The Application, branding, and original resources belong to Byeshe or their licensors. Except where permitted by law or a relevant license, do not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, or create derivative works of the Application. Do not bypass purchase or advertising controls, disrupt services, or infringe others’ rights. Applicable open-source and resource licenses retain their effect.

Some of the images and icons used in this app are from Freepik (www.freepik.com) and Iconfinder (www.iconfinder.com), and are used under the relevant licenses.

Availability, updates, and termination

We may update, change, or discontinue features or content. Internet access may be needed for ads, configuration, billing, and other services, and you are responsible for data and roaming charges. You may need updates to maintain compatibility or paid-access verification. Continuous availability, error-free operation, and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.

You may stop using the Application at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or where necessary to discontinue the service, with notice or remedies where required by law. When your license ends, stop using and remove the Application, except for rights that survive under applicable third-party licenses. Subscription cancellation remains a separate Google Play action.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete compatibility. To the extent permitted by law, Byeshe is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use, service interruptions, or reliance on third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies available to you.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and update the effective date. We will give additional notice where required, including for material changes affecting paid services.
